14 years and a world of shared experience and creative collaboration later AFRIBIZA is a peak experience in an ongoing journey which has seen dozens of exciting talents growing and learning together, listening and exploring locally and globally as well as honing home-grown skills and natural gifts and aspirations. Here and now in 2011 this might be a story born in a shack but there is nothing folksy about this sound - this is a new dimension from an African generation fusing Afro-Beat Deep House and Dance, tapping the spirit of the depths of the African continent and merging with the techniques and beats of Ibiza and the coolest clubs of Northern Europe.

AFRIBIZA includes previously unreleased tracks and some songs currently breaking in the local Dance scene. The featured artists range from globally known artists like DJ-Stan-Ley, DJ-Dino Moran, Deep Y'all aka DJ Rico and Jozi Producer Gumzito as well as internationally renowned afrobeat pioneer Dele Sosimi but also include a new array of the Cape's hottest currently emerging talents like SK95, Darque and Suge Transitions
